Nigerian singer, Davido’s foster brother, Emeka Senator, has hinted that the family had earlier received a prophecy about Ifeanyi’s death, but it was taken for granted.
On Monday, October 31, 2022, Davido and Chioma’s camp received heartbreaking news when their first son, Ifeanyi, drowned in their mansion’s swimming pool and was confirmed dead at Evercare hospital in Lagos.
However, Davido’s foster brother has taken to social media to mourn the child’s sudden death, alleging that it was a Revelation they received long ago that this would happen to the Little Ifeanyi.
He, however, didn’t give details of the prophecy but noted that they took it for granted and apologized to God.
He posted on Instagram : “The revelation was taken for granted. God we are so sorry”
Meanwhile Wizkid and other celebrities, on the other hand, have gone to social media to express their support and condolences to his colleague singer Davido in the immediate aftermath of the death of his child, Ifeanyi.
Wizkid, in response to the tragic news, has deleted all of his tweets relating his next album promotion, which is scheduled for November 4 this month.
Celebrities such as actor Williams Uchemba reacted to the sad news wrote on Instagram., “I said I won’t believe anything on social media until I personally confirm myself. I prayed for it to be a lie. I am upset, pained and confused. Nobody deserves to feel this pain.
“Please say a prayer for David, Chioma and the entire family. Nobody deserves this kind of pain. Rest up little one.”
Muyiwa Ademola also wrote, “It is one of the saddest thing when kids are being buried by parents. We really wish it never happened! May The Almighty gives the parents and the entire Adeleke family the strength to bear this loss.
“Please and please, if you have a pool in your house and you have little children, endeavor to secure free entry to the pool. Ensure no one except adults and supervised children gets in.”
Actress Iyabo Ojo, mourning, said, “I don’t even know how to react to this rude shock. I was hoping it wasn’t true. My God!!! This is so shocking, sad, devastating and extremely painful Olorun!!! Ikun le abiamo.”
