Ghanaian hiphop-drill musician Derrick Osei Kuffour Prempeh popularly known as Kofi Jamar has thrown his weight behind Shatta Wale following his behavior and approach regards to the issues in the ghana music industry.

Kofi Jamar took his official social media handle to defend African dancehall king Shatta Wale against his constant criticism of the media for their hostility toward the artists.

According to Ekorso hitmaker, the ghana music industry always thrive on negativity rather than the good works put out by the artistes.

“Can’t blame Shatta wale for how he is perceived most times in this industry, A lot of Ghanaians thrive on negativity, the hype around the  negatives be plenty for here” – Kofi Jamar tweeted

The Kumerican rapper went further to put out some tweets indicating how he is ready to overcome the pain he is feeling as a result of the industry’a lack of interest in his music.

Kofi Jamar appeared on the SM Boss Shatta Wale’s “Kumerica Invasion” project with a track titled “Ahodwo Las Vegas” which was released on 23rd April 2021.

Kumerica Invasion also include some talented acts  with the likes of Amerado, YPee, Kweku Flick, King Paluta, Phrimpong, Phaize
