Drake Stakes $1Million Bet On Argentina To Beat France At World Cup

Canadian rapper Drake has offered all his support to Argentina to win the 2022 Qatar World Cup

Champaign Papi, real name Aubrey Graham Drake, has placed $1million on Argentina, led by Messi, to defeat France in the 2022 World Cup final on Sunday 18, 2022.

The Argentina team, which is currently seeking vengeance against France at the 2018 World Cup, was eliminated from the competition after the French team defeated them 4-3 in the Semi Finals.

Both teams were among the favorites to win this year’s tournament due to their World rankings and player factors, including having players like Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi on their lineups.

Messi has scored 5 goals with 3 assists while Mbappe has 5 goals , 2 assists and both players are in contention for the tournament’s golden boot and golden ball awards.

Other players from both teams, Julian Alvarez and Olivier Giroud, each scored four goals in their teams’ final match.

However, Drake took to his verified Instagram account to post the staked bet, indicating how he is going all out to support Argentina in their victory over France.

With this, if Argentina wins against France after final whistle, Drake will crock a mouthwatering and total payout of $2,750,000.00.
