TV personality Nana Ama McBrown has finally explained why she left Despite Media Group, where she had worked for almost two years.
Nana Ama McBrown told Johnnie Hughes on the Sunrise Show on 3fm92.7 on Tuesday, March 14, that she had no plans to leave Despite Media.
According to her, she said one her resignation from her formal media house even came as a surprise to her because she wanted to come out with something extra ordinary as a host of United Showbiz.
In explaining why she left UTV, McBrown said : “I had this call, honestly about somewhere February, I ignored it….i was thinking about it, I was praying about it, I wanted to be sure even though at that moment I’d don’t want to go into this but I have to say this because of where the conservation is I told my previous employers that I want to hold on until December to let’s think of something new to do” and that’s what i said to them”
“Honestly I was waiting for them to call and say come and let’s think about what new…However, I don’t have contract with anybody so if nobody is minding me I have the right to move on….. I not here to explain much but what I mean is, this is me, I pray about every step I take and I don’t just walk…There are businesses that come on my way I pray about them”— I have a plan and I don’t just stand up— she added.
In other news, Legendary Akrobeto has backed Nana Ama McBrown’s decision to leave Despite Media Group for General Media.
Akrobeto stated on Precise Tv, in response to the Empress’ move to Onua Tv, that it was her because Despite Media Group did not sack McBrown from United Television.
According to him, Empress believes it is her best decision to relocate, and it’s happened everywhere, including football. Watch the video below:
