She lost her life through complications of  plastic surgery body enhancement procedure on 31st May 2023 according to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s investigations report.  Her cause of death was initially categorized as an accident.

Following an unsuccessful cosmetic surgery, Jacky Oh was treated with different drugs including Ciprofloxacin (antibiotic), Oxycodone (pain killer), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).

She subsequently had a severe headache and was advised by a nurse to take ibuprofen and cease the Ondansetron.

Smith “began to feel like her head was burning” on May 31 and then began to have “difficulty speaking,” according to the report.
