You may recall that Kanye and Kim Kardashian divorce calls for them to split expenses for their kids education and security, and now it appears the Rapper is finally accepting responsibility in that regard.

According to TMZ who first broke the news on Kanye West and Kim settled their divorce reported that, the former husband and wife have resolved both child custody and property-related issues.

According to the settlement, Kim and Kanye will get joint custody with “equal access” to their 4 children. Although the documents say equal access but Kim will have the majority of the time with the kids. Kanye has said that Kim already has the kids 80% of the time.

According to the settlement, Kanye will pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support. Kanye’s not footing the full bill for child support — that’s just his share. In addition, he’s responsible for 50% of their kids’ educational expenses, including tuition. He’s also responsible for 50% of their children’s security expenses.

The report also said, if there’s ever a dispute regarding the children, Kim and Kanye agree they will participate in mediation. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision in a dispute by default. Not hard to read between the lines.

The $200k Child Support that Ye will be delivering is supposed to be delivered on the first of every month and wired into Kim’s account.

Speaking on properties, the split of assets is in accordance with their divorce settlement prenuptial agreement, which clearly indicates that both Kim and Kanye waived spousal support.

Kim has been walking a tightrope for the past year, but Kanye West has gone off the rails and refused to participate in resolving the divorce.

Kim filed for divorce after 7 years of marriage in February 2021. Because Kanye refused to take part in the divorce, Kim went to court last March to obtain an official decree ending the marriage, with custody and property to be decided at a later date.

However, the settlement came on Monday, the day before Kanye was scheduled to have his deposition in case the matter went to trial next month. The final chapter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s marriage has been ended with a divorce.
