Netizens has taken to Twitter to troll Sarkodie following his recent performance at Yaa Asantewaa Girls SHS in comparison to Burna Boy’s the appearance at the just-ended Met Gala 2023.

On Sunday, April 30, Sarkodie thrilled students at Yaa Asantewaa Girls Senior High School with a masterclass performance in front of a crowded Assembly hall.

The event dubbed “Hiped To The Apex”, was attended by hundreds of students from Prempeh College, Osei Tutu Senior High School, KNUST Senior High School, Armed Forces Senior High School, Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) and other schools in the Ashanti Region.

The event held was put together by Yaa Asantewaa Girls Senior High School Representative Council, Sarkcess Music and High School Clique in Kumasi.

Meanwhile, Burna Boy’s attendance at the world’s most prestigious fashion event, the Met Gala, drew a lot of attention, with fans lavishing praise on the singer.

The multiple-award winning artist was seen looking fly in a dazzling costume styled by Burberry, a global British luxury brand.

However, in response to the news, netizens heavily trolled Sarkodie in comparison to Burna Boy, who stole the show at the Met Gala in the UK.
