“Sara was so beautiful. She was artsy, she loved building and making things. We’d go to Hobbycraft and buy everything that she wanted for supplies.”she told TheSun. The grieving mother also shared how Sara had been dreaming of becoming a model one day as well as spending all her life in America, Los Angeles.

Sharif’s saddened death made some headlines on social media for some weeks following some tributes poured in by friends and family as well as investigation conducted by the police officials. The distressing revelation is that the call was made by her father, Urfan Sharif, who was in Pakistan at the time.

In response to this deeply unsettling event, an investigation was launched, led jointly by Surrey Police and Sussex Police’s Major Crime Team, aimed at unraveling the circumstances surrounding Sara’s untimely passing. This inquiry remains ongoing, and authorities have identified three individuals they wish to interview in connection with the investigation: Sara’s father, his partner Beinash Batool, 29, and Urfan’s brother, Faisal Malik, 28.

It has come to light that Urfan, along with his partner and brother, journeyed to Islamabad, Pakistan, on Wednesday, August 9, just one day prior to Sara’s tragic discovery. Accompanying them were five children, ranging in age from one to 13 years old. Surrey Police has disclosed their collaboration with international agencies, including Interpol, the National Crime Agency, and the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office, in order to facilitate inquiries in coordination with the Pakistani authorities.

In August, Sara’s grief-stricken mother, Olga, shared her heart-wrenching account of the moment she learned of her 10-year-old daughter’s tragic demise. Despite the court granting sole custody to Sara’s father, Urfan Sharif, 41, both parents remained emotionally connected, their bond forged through shared interests in arts and crafts and delightful outings to the local zoo.

What Sara Sharif’s Father Said About Her Death?

Police officials on Thursday September 7, raided at least 20 homes in Pakistan as they hunt for the family of 10-year-old Sara Sharif, it has been reported. The development comes just one day after Sara Sharif’s father, Urfan Sharif, and stepmother, Beinash Batool, issued a video saying they were willing to cooperate with the police. They are thought to have travelled to Pakistan a day before her body was found inside a house in Woking, Surrey on August 10.

The police raids are said to have taken place in the cities of Mirpur and Jhelum. Mr Sharif and Ms Batool described Sara’s death as an ‘incident’ in a video they published yesterday. It is the first time the pair have spoken publicly following the tragedy.

In the video, they rejected claims the family has “gone into hiding” and dismissed suggestions that she fell down the stairs. They added that they will “fight our case in court” if they need to.

Ms Batool said: “Firstly I would like to talk about Sara. Sara’s death was an incident. Our family in Pakistan is severely affected by all that is going on. All the media have been given wrong statements…Imran [one of Mr Sharif’s brothers] did not give a statement that Sara fell down the stairs and broke her neck. This was spread through a Pakistani media outlet.

“All of our family members have gone into hiding as everyone is scared for their safety. The kids are unable to attend school as they are afraid to leave the house. No one is leaving the house. The groceries have run out and there is no food for the kids as the adults are unable to leave their homes out of fear of safety. That is why we have gone into hiding.

“Lastly, we are willing to cooperate with the UK authorities and fight our case in court.”

Sara’s mother, Olga addressed the clip and said she believes the pair are “trying to get ahead of the truth”. She told The Sun: “I hope it’s true that they actually want to work with the British police but I’ll believe it when it happens. They say they want to cooperate but it can’t be just on their terms, it has to be in the UK and in British courts.”
