Michael Owusu Addo popularly known in Showbiz as Sarkodie is a Ghanaian musician and entrepreneur. He was born on July, 10, 1988 in Habour City also known as Tema by his mother Emma Maame Aggrey. He is considered one of successful and most influential musicians in Ghana.

Sarkodie’s career began in 2009, with the release of his debut album “Makye”. Since then, he has had several hit songs and albums, including “Mary”, “Highest” and “Black Love”. His music has brought him huge success not only in Ghana but all over the world.
