Shatta Wale, has set a new record as his Maali album debuted in the top five most-streamed new albums on Audiomack this week.
The album was released last week Saturday, March 25, 2023, and it contains ten solid tracks that are fully dancehall masterpieces.
The album’s release surprised many, but the dancehall star received hugh praise from music lovers and fans for his dancehall prowess on the album.
Many predicted the album’s numbers after being distributed to digital streaming and music platforms to fall short due to the timing of its release, but it appears to be shaking the ground.
However, Shatta Wale’s Maali has debuted at No. 3 on Audiomack’s Top 5 new albums, few days after it was released on the digital streaming platform.
Maali, the only Ghanaian album on the list, competes with other US-based artists such as Hunxho’s 22, Quando Rondo’s Recovery, Big Hommiie G’s Speak Up G, and 6Black’s Since Have A Lover.
