Military personnel has stormed Ashaiman after a colleague was stabbed to death by unknown civilians on his way home on Sunday, February, 5, 2023.
According to reports, the young soldier man was given permission to return home and see his mother but he never arrived to his family resulting in his painful death.
This prompted the Military personnel to storm Ashaiman subjecting residents to various forms of abuse for the alleged murder of a colleague soldier.

According to residents of Ashaiman, the military men beat them with anything they could lay their hands on which has caused an roar in the community.
The report also added that, 72 men have been arrested by military men following the death of a colleague soldier who was stabbed to death on his way to his house.
Dampare, the Inspector General of Police, has yet to intervene and speak out about the ongoing conflict between soldiers and civilians in the Ashaiman community.
