Marcus Rashford has equaled Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal tally for Manchester United last season, when he was the club’s leading scorer.
Rashford has scored in seven consecutive games for Manchester United at Old Trafford this season.
He scored a brilliant goal after seeing off Ter Stegen in a tight angle to level the score sheet against FC Barcelona in the Europa League last week.
The game ended 2-2, but the 25-year-old wonder boy received all of the credit for helping Manchester United tie the Spanish side at Spotify Camp Nou.

On Sunday, February 19, 2023, Rashford scored two goals for Erik Ten Hag’s side against Leceister City, bringing his season total to 24 goals and 7 assists, matching Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal total for Manchester United last season in all competitions.

Meanwhile Manchester United won the match 3-0 against Leceister City at Old Trafford thanks to other goal scored by Sancho on the 25” minutes but Ten Hag reacting to Rashford beatiful display after the match said : “We can’t lose him, of course — we’re working to extend his contract”.
