Newly signed professional footballer for Bayern Munich, Harry Kane, openly expressed his admiration for Nigerian singer Burna Boy.

In a recent interview on ESPN, the former Tottenham forward, stated emphatically that he is a huge fan of Burna Boy.

This may not be surprise to many as Kane had already shown his massive support for the African Giant, during his time at White Hart Lane.

He celebrated with Burna Boy’s hit song “Last Last” in a dressing room after a victory against Olympic Marseille in the UEFA Champions League.

However, while publicly expressing his love for Burna Boy, Kane disclosed that the song on his playlist that has been playing endlessly is Burna Boy’s hit “Big 7,” after being asked a question that caught him off guard about what music has been playing on repeat.

“You know, ‘Big 7’ from Burna Boy? Yeah, I do like Burna Boy, to be fair. It just popped into my head there – he said.

He nodded his head, suggesting that he already knew  and admired the Grammy-winning artist in the video.

The English all-time leading scorer further stated his eagerness to experience Burna or British rapper Dave’s poetic skills live on stage.

“Maybe someone like Burna Boy or Dave, you know,”—the 30-year-old England striker replied when asked who he’d like to see live.

Meanwhile, Harry Kane has 17 goals in 11 appearances since joining Bayern Munich in 2023. With €110 million, he is currently the most expensive player in Bundesliga history.
