John Cena confirmed that his final appearances would include the 2025 Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, and WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
When John Cena announced his decision to retire to the Toronto crowd, he was met with a chorus of boos from his shocked fans who are yet to come to terms with the heartbreaking news.
He said:
“2025 Royal Rumble will be my last. The 2025 Elimination Chamber will be my last. And I am here tonight to announce that in Las Vegas, WrestleMania 2025 will be the last WrestleMania I will compete in,” the former champion said during the 2024 Money in the Bank event.
The 47 years old John Cena who is a 16-time WWE world champion thanked viewers “for letting me play in the house that you built for so many years.”
