Former Liverpool star, Roberto Firmino along with his wife Larissa Pereira, is now a pastor of a church they founded in his hometown in Brazil.
Beyond his reflection on a successful football career, Firmino has recently embarked on a new path with grace and light.
The dedication took place last Sunday in his hometown of Maceio at the Manah Church, which he founded three years ago with his wife Larissa Pereira and pastors Jairo Fernandes and Keila Medeiros.
He expressed in a statement on his official instagram account:,
“Three years of Manah Church. What an unforgettable night… Since we met Christ, we want people to know that love. Now we have another responsibility: to be pastors,”

Meanwhile, Roberto Firmino’s pastor news comes after his one-year retirement from football at Liverpool in 2023.
