1. Medical Doctors

Government healthcare professionals continue to be among Ghana’s highest paid workers not only in Ghana but globally. Cardiologists and surgeons fill healthcare gaps, earning over GHS 20,700 from private clinics and hospitals. Years of residency pay off handsomely in cities such as Accra.
