On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, the website with over 100 million users and 1.8 billion visitors was having difficulty getting access to the website server to perform for the various works, prompting them to ask as to why ChatGPT is offline and would not be available again.
Despite the firm’s failure to issue an official statement explaining the exact cause of the server breakdown and inability to function, many users including paid or premium users who are struggling vented their displeasure on the firm.
Why is ChatGPT not working?
