Former Shatta Movement militant and a loyal member of the Shatta Movement Empire Jafaro Mohammed also known as Addi Self has called out his former boss and exposed him for promises he failed to fulfill.
Appearing on Showboy‘s podcast show, Addi Self reveals that most of the promises made during the contract signing was not fulfilled by Shatta Wale that made him exit the camp.
Addi Self explains that he was promised a house and car among other things which he is yet to receive any after their big hit “Taking Over”.

Addi Self adds that while Shatta Wale did provide him with some money for transportation, it did not live up to the expectations that many outsiders presumed during his time in the group.
Asked whether Shatta Wale was spiritually fortified, Addi Self refuted the claim saying that he believes in only the most high God and that he never went to any spiritualist for spiritual fortifications as often purported on the internet.
His claims has raised eyebrows on social media as Shatta Wale has been known to tout himself as the richest musician in Ghana.

Shatta Wale and his militant group members parted ways in 2020 after the ‘On God’ crooner furiously fired them from the camp.
Although the rationale reasons behind their split are unclear, reports suggest it might have been due to their failure to support Shatta Wale against rapper Kweku Smoke, who accused him of stealing a song.
In the subsequent self-recorded videos, Shatta Wale also claims that they were too lazy to take their careers seriously as musicians, which led to their downfall.
