Bishop Salifu Amoako and his wife Mouha Amoako have asked the Accra Circuit Court instruct the police and media to cease sharing any images of their son, Elrad Amoako.
This request came during their second court appearance on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, where they faced charges for allowing an unlicensed person to drive.

The couple’s request follows Elrad’s recent discharge from the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC).
According to a medical report dated October 29, 2024, and signed by Dr. Fred Salawu, an orthopedic and trauma surgeon, Elrad is currently unfit for police interrogation due to his injuries.
The report indicated that Elrad was transferred from Legon Hospital after sustaining significant trauma, including a severe open ankle dislocation and facial lacerations.
Elrad is yet to publicly address the East Legon incident, a tragic accident that claimed the lives of two young women, Maame Dwomo Boaten and Justine Agbenu.
