Nhyiraba Kojo, a Ghanaian businessman and musician, has reportedly been arrested by federal authorities in the United States. The news was revealed by Bongo Ideas in a tweet on Saturday 1 March 2025 claiming that, musician’s arrest is purportedly in connection to the $2 million romance scam case involving socialite Hajia 4Real.
Apparently, Nhyiraba Kojo was on the FBI’s wanted list as a person of interest and got picked up as soon as he landed in the States.
The details of his arrest are still under wraps but it’s clear that the charges going to be pretty serious considering the nature of the case
Despite his musical career hasn’t exactly taken off, Nhyiraba Kojo has managed to rake in a lot of wealth.
He loves to show off his flashy cars, stunning mansions and lavish vacations.
His extravagant lifestyle has raised quite a few eyebrows, with many people suspecting that his riches might be coming from less-than-honest sources.

Meanwhile, Hajia4Real is currently in policy custody after pleading for one year and one day in jail and deportation to Ghana.
She was arrested in the United Kingdom in November 2022 and then extradited to the United States, where she expected to pay $4 million to authorities after being found guilty of all counts against her.
However, Nhyiraba Kojo last year denied his involvement in 4Real’s fraud case during an interview on UTV’s UnitedShowbiz programme.
The “Turn Around” singer expressed his disappointment at being involved in such allegations highlighting the widespread misconceptions about his success.
“Everyone knows me and my story; how I left Takoradi for Accra, sleeping at the Kaneshie overhead, working as a kayayie and eventually finding my breakthrough with D Cryme…..God blessed me, and I started my nightclub and other businesses including real estate”—Nhyiraba Kojo recounted.
