Black Stars Captain Andre Dede Ayew, has signed for former European Champions Nottingham Forest.
Andre Ayew joins the Premier League club on a six-month contract, becoming the club’s 30th signing of the season.
A few days after Al Sadd announced his contract termination with the club, the midfielder was linked to Everton, but Nottingham ended up being his final destination.
The 33-year-old player joined the Qatari club on a free transfer in 2021 after his contract with Swansea expired.
However, in announcing his new signing, Tricky Trees club club took to social media and wrote ; “Nottingham Forest is delighted to welcome Ghana captain André Ayew to The City Ground! #welcomeAndre”.

He will wear the shirt number 42 at the club during his time on trentside.
During his unveiling, André Ayew said: “It’s a great feeling to sign for Nottingham Forest… I know how big the club is and I know how much the club means to the city and the fanbase. It’s always been difficult whenever I’ve played against Forest and at The City Ground and I love the stadium”.
