Meanwhile, Mbappe has arrived in France to train with his Paris Saint-Germain club.
The talented player performed admirably for France at the World Cup, scoring eight goals and defeating Lionel Messi for the FIFA Golden Boot award.
Failure for France to beat Argentina to win their Back to Back trophy was extremely difficult for the French players, but it left Mbappe in more pain than any other player beaten by Albacete in the final.
However, he met with PSG technical team today and is expected to begin training with the French club in the coming days following the World Cup.
