Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin has dropped a bombshell during a TikTok Live session with blogger Carlos Trouble as DNA test results revealed that one of his 10 children isn’t biologically his.
The Kumawood star shared that among the five kids tested, one he has fathered for nine years turned out not to be his.
Despite the heartbreak, Lilwin emphasized he’s not bothered, citing his reputation for philanthropic support to widows, single mothers, and orphans by providing monthly aid regardless of blood ties.

In a raw moment, he vented about the pain of nurturing someone else’s child while the mother “distracts” him with unnecessary drama, a subtle jab at his partner.
“I’ve supported many single mothers and orphans with monthly money. But the worst is realizing the child you’re raising isn’t yours, while his mother stirs up issues from nowhere,” – Lilwin said in the viral video.
Lilwin’s paternity revelation has sparked a hot debate among Ghanaians online. Many urge him to divorce his wife over alleged infidelity, while others defend his compassionate stance on non-biological parenting.
Fans are also dissecting the Kumawood icon’s family secrets as the baby daddy drama continues to trends on the internet.
Lilwin is married to Obaa Serwaa. The couple tied the knot in 2021 and are currently raising three children together. The actor, who has appeared in almost 400 films, first got hitched to his former partner Patricia Afriyie and divorced in 2017.
