A video of renowned American rapper Kendrick Lamar playing a FIFA game with kids in Ghana has resurfaced online.
In the footage, the rapper is seen interacting with the people at the Accra game centre to know more about their culture.
He wore a yellow t-shirt with a native Ghanaian flag alongside his entourage to show his affection for the country while also demonstrating his game-playing skills.
This follows Kendrick Lamar’s visit to Ghana last three years on May 19, 2022, during which he explored various places such as Jamestown and skate park.
He was reported to have played football with children to experience the nature of the continent’s pitches.
The Grammy award-wining artist travelled to the West African state to shoot a documentary to promote his then-studio album, “Mr Morales and the Big Steppers.”
Kendrick received a hero’s welcome from a large crowd at Kotoka International Airport, demonstrating his notoriety in the country.
However, a video of Kendrick completely engaged on playing EA FIFA Sports, a video soccer game, with young children in a popular local gaming centre sparked reactions online.
