A video has gone viral on the internet showing a Ghanaian prophet named Prophet Apostle Richard Owusu saying that the decision not to make Thomas Partey the captain in the Black Stars team at the Qatar World Cup will lead Ghana’s downfall.
In a viral video shared on TikTok by a user @emmafaculty, the man of God was seen talking to his congregants said Ghana will exit the group stages of the ongoing 2022 World Cup because it failed to heed prior warnings regarding certain player selections
In his revelation, Apostle Owusu explained that, there are other two players who should have been dropped from the team due to their bad omen even though he (Prophet) did not mention their names.
“1 am a man of God and so things I see in the spiritual realm shouldn’t be taken lightly”
“Ghana would have won this World Cup if two particular players were dropped and Partey was made the captain. There are players in the team who believe that if they score a goal, the team would lose the game.” — he added.
Netizens who watched the video shared their thoughts, suggesting he should be bold enough to reveal the names of the two players who have always brought bad luck to the team since their participation in the competition.
Others feel he should stop measuring assertions as revelations in order to prevent deceiving his congregation.
