KODA Biography
KODA is known to be songwriter and a producer. He made his debut in the Ghana industry 2010 with his big singles Nkwa Abodo, Awurade Ei, as well as “Tumi” and “Onyame” Ye D’awase”.
KODA started his musical career at a young age. He formed a music group called ‘Anointed’ with his friends in Takoradi.
The purpose and aim behind the group was to help and support gospel ministries in the country and oversees.
KODA won his first major award as “Producer of the Year” with his song “Nkwaa Abodo” at the Africa Gospel Music Awards in 2012.
He continued to win prestigious honours such as the Ghana Music awards and the Christian Community Music Awards, among others, cementing his legendary status before his demise.
