“I trained under Sammer, I was trained under Jürgen Klopp, and I was an assistant to Edin Terzić, who was Dortmund’s head coach,” Addo stated.
He emphasizes that feedback from the aforementioned renowned managers holds more value to him than criticism from those outside the coaching fraternity.
“They are also critical of some things,” he acknowledged, “but this has much more value if I speak to Jürgen Klopp and he says this or that, than somebody from anywhere saying ‘bla bla, this is bad.’”
