Kim Kardashian look alike, Christina Ashten Gourkani, a popular Only Fan star, has died at the age of 34.
Her family announced the model’s untimely death on her social media on 27 April 2023.
Her cause of death was cardiac arrest, which she suffered shortly after undergoing plastic surgery.
The family issued a statement that reads: “It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate, and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashen Gourkani.
“In the early morning hours approximately 4:31am on April 4 our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying hysterically on the other end of the line.
“’Ashten is dying… Ashten is dying…’”
“A phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family for the rest of our lives.” The family raced to the hospital following the call to continue “living a nightmare”. “We were informed that her health and wellbeing had continued to decline … after suffering from a cardiac arrest,” they said.

“Her sudden and tragic passing is currently being investigated as a homicide related to a medical procedure that took a turn for the worse.”
Who Was Christina Ashten Gourkani?
Christina Ashten Gurkani is an American model who rose to fame on Instagram and Only Fans for her resemblance to Kim Kardashian. Gourkani advertised herself as a Kim Kardashian impersonator and frequently imitated the well-known American socialite’s traits.
