Kofi Balmer Biography, Early Life & Career
Kofi Balmer began his football career at a young age playing for Ballymena United where he debuted in the NIFL Premiership at the age of 16.
He gained recognition after winning the Ulster Young Footballer of the Year award for 2018-2019 season before moving to Larne in 2021.
Balm’s professional career set off in 2022 and continued to win the County Antrim Shield earning a move to Crystal Palace.
Due to lack of playing time, he was loaned to Port Vale and AFC Wimbledon by making 12 and 17 appearances respectively before joining Motherwell in June 2024.
Kofi made his debut for Motherwell in a Scottish League Cup on July 2024 where he scored his first goal for the club. His premiere league debut came on as a substitute in September 2024.
