Former Black stars player Kevin-Prince Boateng has said that Kudus Mohammed is the best player so far at the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

This comes after Ajax star Kudus Mohammed demonstrated his class in all Black Stars games, scoring twice and assisting the team’s 3-2 win over Korea in Qatar.

After the game, the 22-year-old Ajax star gained global recognition, with Barcelona Sporting Director Jordi Cruyff saying the Catalan club is tracking his progress.

The former Barcelona player, Kevin-Prince Boateng expressed his admiration for the brilliant youngster when speaking as a television pundit in Germany.

Prince chose the Black Stars player over Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Cristiano Ronaldo, all of whom have had varying impacts on their respective countries’ campaigns.

“Kudus is the best player in the World Cup at the moment and he overly impresses with what he does. It’s incredible what he can do with the ball,” Boateng said on German television Sport1, as quoted by All Football.

“It will only be a matter of time before he moves, after the Dutch experience, to a top club,” Boateng said, “Kudus is currently the World Cup best player.”

Meanwhile, Kevin joined FC Barcelona on loan from Sassoulo on 21 January 2019, spending only mm6 months with the team before moving to Fiorentina.

In related news, Kudus has been honored with mural in his hometown Nima following his impressive performance for Black Stars at the Qatar World Cup.

Kudus who has been instrumental for Black Stars was honored by the people of Nima speaking highly of the Ajax star.

The residents of Nima were seen celebrating Kudus Goal against South Korea as they honored him with Mural displayed all over the town.
