Ghanaian midfielder, Kudus Mohammed has suffered an injury during Ajax’s crucial victory over Eredivise leaders Feyenoord to progress to the Dutch Cup final.
Kudus was substituted in the 61st minute of Ajax’s 2-1 KNVB Cup semifinal victory over Feyenood due to a muscle injury on Wednesday, 5, April 2023.
Despite being forced to play with the injury, the 22-year-old was unable to continue and was replaced by Chico Conceicao.
Dusan Tadic opened the scoring in the 14th minute, Santiago Gimenez equalized, and Davy Klassen sealed the victory six minutes later.

Kudus will have a scan on Thursday for the club to determine the extent of his injury, hoping it isn’t serious enough to keep him out for long.
In the other semi-final, PSV Eindhoven defeated lower division side Spakenburg to set up a KNVB Cup final against rivals Ajax on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
