The Cairo-born footballer has played for the Egypt national team, making his official debut in 2021 after competing in the young setups U-20 and U-23 from 2017 to 2019.

Omar Marmoush signed his first professional contract with Wadi Degla in Egypt’s Premier League, where he made his debut in 2016.

He later moved to Germany, signing with VfL Wolfsburg II in 2017 and making his Bundesliga debut in 2020.
