Ghana head coach Chris Hughton has benched Thomas Partey and Inaki Williams for Black Stars’ 2023 AFCON Qualifiers against Angola in Luanda.
The Arsenal midfielder started the first match in Kumasi last Thursday, but his place in the starting line-up has now been taken by Salis Abdul Samed.
Inaki Williams has also been benched with Semenyo, who scored the winner in last week’s game, getting the nod in the attack.
Meanwhile, Lawrence Ati Zigi retained his position in the post with and debutant Kingsley Schindler replacing the injured Dennis Odoi at right-back.
