Reports by GhanaWeb suggests, Affo-Toffey won the 2020 parliamentary elections for the Jomoro Constituency with 24,356 votes, or 55.5%, defeating incumbent Member of Parliament Paul Essien of the New Patriotic Party, who received 19,889 votes, or 44.95%.
