Born on 22 June 1994, in Ris-Orangis, Paris, France, Haller initially started his career at Auxerre, before moving on loan to Dutch Eredivisie side Utrecht  in 2015, eventually securing his permanent position.

Two years later, he made a big move to Germany, playing for Eintracht Frankfurt and winning the DFB Pokal in 2018.

In 2019, Haller made headlines when he moved to English Premier League side West Ham United for a club-record transfer fee of 49.8 million euros (approximately 45 million pounds).

His football journey continued in 2021, when he returned to the Netherlands, where he joined Ajax for a record-breaking  €22.5 million (approximately £18.8 million).

 He enjoyed success in his first six months at Ajax,  winning both the Eredivisie and the KNVB Cup.

Haller continued to show his brilliance, making his Under-21 debut in 2013 and scoring a hat-trick in a friendly against Estonia in 2015.

 In November 2020, Haller was transferred to  the Ivory Coast national team and made his notable debut in the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifying victory over Madagascar.

He also contributed throughout the tournament, scoring a goal in the group stage match against Sierra Leone and appearing in the Round of 16 match against Egypt.

In December 2023, Haller played a key role in  Ivory Coast’s progress to the African Cup of Nations finals, scoring the only goal in a 1–0 win against the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the semi-finals.

His outstanding performance helped his country reach the final, proving his influence on the international stage.
