Tolani Olufunmilayo, also known as Persephone, has filed a ₦25 million lawsuit against Ada of London, a fellow Nigerian adult content creator, for unlawfully sharing her sɛx.tapɛ on social media.
This comes after Sephy’s naked photos and videos leaked on the internet, accusing Ada of London of illegally publishing them on Twitter, causing outrage among netizens.
The reason for the distribution of the clips is unknown; however, they emerged days after Sephy clashed with another nudist who claimed to have made a lot of money on her Only Fans account.
In her revelation made on X, formerly known as Twitter, Sephy claims to have earned over $21 million Naira monthly with her account, which boasts 700 subscribers, stating that they pay 30,000
However, in response to the viral video, Sephy drags Ada of London who is also called Miss Grace to court, requesting a public apology from the influencer for unlawfully disseminating explicit content.
According to the latter, dated May 16 and signed by Answers Chambers, the legal firm claims that the transfer has caused significant emotional, psychological, and reputational damage.
The legal practitioners accused Ada of London of three major legal violations: Cybercrimes Act Violation, Revenge P0.rn Law, and Defamation (Civil Torts).
