Charles Christopher Way, born December 27, 1972, is a retired American professional football player who played fullback in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Giants for five seasons.
Charles Way’s adventure began in 1972, when his parents, Jacqueline and Cleveland Way, gave birth to him. He grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Northeast High School before continuing his study at the University of Virginia. Way’s talents were recognised during the 1995 NFL Draught, and he was taken in the sixth round by the New York Giants.
Way made an impression in his first season, appearing in five games and largely serving as a fullback responsible for blocking, particularly for Rodney Hampton.
