Former Ghana Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has admitted that juju is used actively in soccer, even within the Ghana Black Stars team.
In an interview with Okay Fm presenter Dan Kweku Yaboah, Asamoah Gyan stated that black magic, also known as ‘Juju,’ is a part of football and often work.
He stated that during his prime and rise to stardom as a footballer, their entire team and management demanded such spiritual assistance and support, and that each player must follow the rules that have been established for them.
He explained why some football wins and goals are labelled as spiritual, as well as why some prominent football stars miss great chances on the pitch.
