Salma Mumin has blasted Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, following the media personality’s old interview with Akua Donkor.
During a recent appearance on Saturday’s episode of United Showbiz on UTV, Salma states that Delay has a wicked mind for referring to Akua Donkor as a witch.
After watching Akua Donkor’s interview on the show, the socialite reveals that Delay disrespected the Ghana Freedom Party founder.
Citing an example, Samla said that she had never seen an interviewer insult American musician and businesswoman Beyoncé because she would have discussed the questions before appearing on the show.
On United Showbiz, she noted that she had been interviewed by Delay before and could attest that sometimes, as a guest on her show, you could feel attacked.
“Sometimes you might think it is personal because of her demeanour, her expression, and how she asks her questions; sometimes you might feel you are under attack,” Salma Mumin said as quoted by yen.com.gh.
Miss Mumin noted that some Ghanaian presenters, even after discussing the questions to be asked before the interview, would ask questions outside of what was discussed, prompting an unusual reaction during the interview.
“There were no problems with the questions Delay asked, but the way, the manner in which she asked the questions. But you have a wicked mind to hammer on the same question over and over again because of the answer you are looking for,” she said on the UTV entertianment show.
Salma’s criticism on Delay came after the death of Akua Donkor, who cursed Delay, prompting her fans to encourage her to apologise to the deceased in order to reverse her wrath.
The family, however, claimed that Delay contributed to their mother’s death because a previous interview claim on Instagram harmed her hard-earned reputation and brand, causing her to lose her life.
