Fella Makafui has been bail after being arrested by Ghana police over unlicensed products and false advertising.
According to the reports, she was apprehended on Wednesday 22 May, before the news spread on the internet the next day on Thursday.
You may recall that Hellovybes reported earlier that authorities detained Fella Makafui’s workers in response to Medikal’s disclosure about the Yolo star’s slimming tea products.
According to reliable reports, the Pharmacy Council Ghana made an official statement on Thursday announcing Fella Makafui’s arrest.
Few days after MDK’s viral revelation video, Akwesi Koranteng, an undercover journalist acted quickly, promoting officials to probe Fella for unregistered products to deceive the public.
Some of the products listed by Pharmacy council that led to detention of fella includes; B*tt And Hips Enlargement Syrup, B*tt And Hip Enlargement Oil among others.
Information reaching Hellovybes is that Fella Makafui was granted bail at the same time her employees were allegedly arrested for clarifying the products they sold to consumers.
However, we cannot confirm whether she was found guilty or not because her bond bail has not been made public, and police have yet to release an official statement following her arrest.
