He also shed more light on why Shatta Wale deserved the Artiste of the Year award at the Ghana Music Awards UK, emphasizing that the “On God” singer earned it through the combined votes of the public and the board.

Alordia explained that Shatta Wale’s hit song “On God” and his successful Freedom Wave concert at Accra Sports Stadium contributed to his achievement.

‘People were talking about Shatta Wale’s award and even claiming that Sarkodie and Black Sherif deserved the award but couldn’t compete with what Shatta Wale did last year.” Shatta was able to sell out the large venue Accra Sports Stadium and even travel to the United States to perform, which was also a success. He was able to secure the majority of his votes through the public, board, and academy. So I’m not sure why people were upset over it.” — he explained.

Alordia further revealed how Akwasi Boagye and others had attempted to set him up on multiple occasions to embarrass him during interviews on his live radio show on Peace FM, but he successfully navigated these situations due to his extensive experience in the entertainment industry.

“I’ve been on his show for about three times but he step me up but due to my years of experience under entertainment fraternity he couldn’t overcome me – he concluded.
