3Music Network Ghana now 3Media Networks has openly confirmed its ownership, revealing in a statement that it is owned by Bahamus Group of Companies.
According to a statement made on May 18, 2024, Bahamus Limited (BHL) purchased and had operates the 3Music Networks in an agreement that started in 2021.
Even though it was not stated in the statement, the company is being sold outright to Bahamus, who has taken over however some changes have been made to the board members and staff members.
The company reveals that Madam Rashidatu Yasmine Abdulai, who was appointed CEO in 2022, continues to “lead the charge on 3Music TV, 3MusicLive, and 3Music Awards with her team of seasoned managers.”
It was also claimed that Madam Rashidatu has been with a media firm for a decade or longer and has unique experience. She is now prepared to provide higher-quality content to patrons as well as the general public.
“With over 17 years of experience in telecommunications, she brings a much needed corporate mindset into the space of media & creative arts — said the statement.
They assured the public with continuity of good contents and “wishes to reaffirm to the general public it’s uncompromising stance on professionalism, adherence to corporate governance practices and continuous drive to elevate the space of media & creative arts”.
