Nigerian famous artist Davido and his partner Chioma’s white wedding is under underway, with the longstanding couple set to start celebrating their special day in the coming days. The wedding ceremony, which is themed CHIVIDO, will be followed by a party dubbed “Havana Nights” on August 25, 2025 in Miami, USA.
The announcement comes after the couple took to social media to excite fans with pre-wedding pictures and videos upon their arrival in the United States on Wednesday, August 6.
They were seen together partying with their family, friends, and loved ones in the footage leading ahead of the event.
Chioma looked stunning in a lovely white cut-out tiny dress, while Davido dressed casually and finished with a cowboy hat.
Some list of special wedding guests including Zlatan, Adekunle Golf, B-Red, Davido’s elder sister Sharon, his old brother Adewale Adeleke, had already travelled to Miami to support their brother friends.
The most amazing part of the yet-to-be witnessed event was when stickers of Davido’s image boldly mounted on the walls at where the wedding will take place.

Davido Announces Wedding Date with Chioma
You may recall that in April, Davido said in an interview that he intends to officially marry his baby’s mama, Chioma, but did not disclose the exact date.
“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August” – He stated.
Davido described his relationship with Chioma as “high-profile,” revealing intimate details including the tragic passing of his son Ifeanyi.
“Our relationship was in the public eye and a lot of things have happened, apart from us loosing our child”, He added as quoted by GistReel.
How Many Times Have Davido and Chioma Gotten Married?
Davido and Chioma had married twice in addition to the most recent marriage. The couple legally married in 2023, a few years after Davido proposed to Chioma in 2019.
Their relationship dissolved in 2021 following a series of challenges, including a report linking the singer to another woman.
The lovebirds, who has two children (twins), experienced a tragedy in October 2022 when their first child (son), Ifeanyi, drowned in their Lagos residence.
In response to the already-viral expensive wedding, many admirers have extended their congratulations to the couple on their next step in life.
