Photos of Ghanaian businessman Kofi Boat in prison are trending on social media after his recent arrest over an alleged $100 million fraud case.
The viral images show Kofi Boat looking distressed behind bars, marking his first public appearance since the arrest.
He was spotted sitting with his head down, venting his frustrations he is experiencing while surrounded by lawyers.
In the rare photos, Kofi Boat then looked to God for redemption if he could boycott all of the allegations he may face.
Kofi Boat whose real name is Kofi Oduro Boateng is currently being held in custody as he awaits court proceedings and final judgment in one of Ghana’s most high-profile fraud cases.
The FBI tracked him down in Accra, Ghana, after accusing him of participating in cybercrime and other fraud-related activities.
Not only him but was apprehended with two other people namely Dada Joe and Agony for their involvement in a romance scam.
However, the Kofi Boat is yet to face official prosecution because the judges have yet to pronounce judgement and the official investigation is continue.
