Stonebwoy’s father, Mr. Satekla, has shared a remarkable story about how he used the birthdate of his reggae-dancehall musician son and his late twin brother to win a significant amount in the lottery.
According to him, he recognized Stonebwoy’s potential for greatness from the moment he was born, noticing signs throughout his childhood that indicated a bright future.
He emphasizes that, he was facing financial challenges and even struggling to afford their traditional naming ceremony after the birth of Stonebwoy and his twin brother, who tragically passed away in an accident.
In an effort to overcome his financial difficulties, Mr. Saklah decided to use the birthdate of his two sons to try his luck in the lottery.
His gamble paid off, and he won a substantial amount, which provided much-needed relief during that time.

“This my son, they were two. In fact Etse was born to be a lucky man. When he was born, I was in the world, I wasn’t for Christ. I used his birthdate to buy Lotto, and I won, that is what l used to perform all the activities about twins and I was free.”—he said
Stonebwoy, whose real name is Livingstone Etse Satekla became the head, not the tail, after receiving a degree from GIMPA after three years of academic brilliance, earning a second class upper.
The graduation ceremony was a joyous occasion, attended by many of Stonebwoy’s friends and colleagues, including Criss Waddle, who showed up to support and celebrate his latest achievement.
