Reggae-dancehall musician, Shatta Wale has revealed why he is not shooting music videos with top producers and directors for his fans to enjoy.
Shatta Wale made this known in a Tweet stating that if he does not get a record label, he will not shoot a high-quality music videos.
Shatta Wale tagged the Nigerian producer “TG Omori” in his tweet, who is known for shooting most of the recent Nigerian artists’ music videos, including Burna Boy and Asake.
TG Omori, who is also known as “Oboy Director,” is said to have charged over $200K per shoot, which could be the reason Shatta Wale is refusing to work with him.

According to the Shatta Movement Boss, he is now saving money to meet the producer’s expected fee, and if he does not also get a reputable record label, he will not shoot music quality videos for his fans to enjoy.
“The reson I can’t shoot videos is because of @boy_director If I don’t get a record label this year to support me to make my fans happy then you guys should wait and let me make my millions of dollars .. But for now Enjoy the music .. I am saving !!! TG is the best now for me !!” – he tweeted
