In a recent interview with Asaase radio, popular Afro-dancehall musician Stonebwoy, whose real name is Livingstone Etse Satekla has expressed his willingness to collaborate with rival and controversial artist Shatta Wale.
However, he did not provide any specific explanation as to why they have been unable to work together since settling their disagreements at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
Stonebwoy acknowledged that they would eventually collaborate, but he emphasized the importance of not rushing into anything just to please others.

“It will happen, since everything has a time. I know we can shake the earth because we are both powerhouses, and as I sit here, I believe in a pure heart. “I hope and pray that it doesn’t get too late, but time will tell,”— Stonebwoy told presenter King Lagaaze.
In a light-hearted manner, he joked that given their contrasting creative styles, he and Shatta Wale might end up having quarrels during the collaboration process.

When the two artists first reconciled after being banned from the VGMAs due to their highly-publicized argument that marred the 2019 event, they promised their fans a joint project.
Despite the lifting of their ban, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale collaboration are yet to materialize.
