Born on April 19, 2005, in Stockport, England, Kobbie Mainoo began his football career at a young age. Despite having a Ghanaian family background , Mainoo has spent his entire life in England, where his parents nurtured him.
Mainoo progressed through the ranks of Manchester United’s academy system before graduating to become a professional footballer for the club.
Growing up, he represented England from Under 17 to Under 19, before making his professional debut with the senior team in March 2024.
