Luis Manuel Rubiales Béjar, a Spanish football official and former professional player who served as a defender, participated in 53 La Liga matches across three seasons.
He held the position of the president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and was also one of UEFA’s vice presidents.
