Ahmedu Boduong, an alleged father of Moesha Boduong, has finally spoken his daughter’s health issues as he threatened legal action against a pastor for publicly exposing her condition.
In a recent interview with broadcast journalist Dan Kwaku Yeboah shared on YouTube, Ahmedu denied reports that the pastor whose name is yet to be identified was responsible for Moesha walking for the first time.
He clarifies that for the past one year, Moesha has been under the care of a traditional healer in Nima, who has been treating her for a stroke.
He also admits the spiritual side of Moesha’s illness and eventual recovery, with Ahmedu alleging the family has incurred large medical expenses at numerous hospitals.
Ahmedu who is an ex-footballer criticising the pastor, argues that the family is unaware that he is taking his daughter to church without their permission.
He also reveals that the family confronted the pastor and a blogger who recorded the video during the church service, which later went viral online.
Despite being confronted, the pastor refused to take responsibility, insisting he had done nothing wrong and instead told the family to attend his church after earlier claiming to have healed Moesha from her stroke.
Ahmedu further stated that the family is now considering legal action against the pastor for refusing to address their concerns and for making false claims about healing Moesha’s illness.
